Live WebCast -Weddings-

Live WebCast of your wedding ceremony can be done from almost anywhere. Friends and family living overseas or not being able to attend, can still be part of your wedding by watching a Live WebCast on the Internet.

How does it work?

If you plan to have one of our Video Packages, WanakaVideo is using the array of three to five video cameras and microphones for good close up sound to capture your Wedding. Those audio and video sources are fed into a Live Video Switching Console, edited and encoded on the fly and then transmitted via satelite data network to a Live Streaming Server in Sydney/Australia or Los Angeles/USA. The Live Streaming Server makes then your Wedding Live WebCast available to the Internet for viewing from locations all over the world in real time. There will be no extra charge for the additional hardware setup. But transmission costs will apply. WebCast transmission costs are not part of the Video Package. During the Live WebCast copies of the video stream are stored on a local computer and on the Live Streaming Server for backup. This video stream will be available for viewing on demand from about 48 hours after the Live WebCast ceased. Video on Demand service runs for another two days after your Wedding.

How do you get Live WebCast for your Wedding?

Booking for a Live WebCast can be done with the booking of your Video Package for your Wedding. After you received the confirmation of your booking, you receive an invitation email for the Live WebCast you can forward to families and friends. This email contains the date, time and name of your Wedding and the links for the Live WebCast and for Video on Demand (available from about 48 hours after the Live WebCast ceased, for people who cannot watch the live event). The Live WebCast or Video on Demand can only be accessed by those links to make sure, only people YOU invite can be part of your celebration.
